A Partnership Signed. A Bigger Mission Begins.

Yesterday, January 29, 2026, something meaningful happened at Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna (Mapúa MCL) in Cabuyao City, Laguna. A step forward that opens new doors for service, learning, and transformation.

The Philippine Jesuit Prison Service Foundation, Inc. (PJPS) and Mapúa MCL officially sealed a partnership that brings together education, community engagement, and prison ministry in a powerful and purposeful way.

This collaboration sets the stage for impactful initiatives. From service-learning projects to outreach programs that respond to real needs in the corrections community. More than formalities, this partnership represents a shared commitment to compassion in action, meaningful student involvement, and restorative opportunities for those on the margins.

What excites us most is not just what was signed, but what is about to begin:

New programs.

New learning experiences.

New chances to serve, heal, and restore dignity.

This milestone reminds us that real change happens when institutions come together with a heart for service and a vision for hope.

The ink may be fresh, but the mission is already in motion.

And this is only the beginning.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam!
