Celebrating Gratitude and Mission: PJPS at Fr. Manoling & Hapi’s Birthday and TYF Office Blessing

Last February 28, 2026, the Philippine Jesuit Prison Service Foundation, Inc. (PJPS) was honored to be part of a joyful and meaningful celebration. The birthday thanksgiving of Fr. Manoling and Hapi, held alongside the blessing of the new office of the Tanging Yaman Foundation.

The celebration began with the blessing of TYF’s new office located at Mezzanine 1, Manila Observatory, inside Ateneo de Manila University. The moment was marked with gratitude for years of service and renewed hope for the mission that continues to unfold.

A Thanksgiving Mass followed, grounding the celebration in prayer and reminding everyone that every good work begins and ends in God’s grace. The gathering continued with fellowship over lunch at Iggy’s Canteen in the CEFAM Building, a space filled with warmth, laughter, and shared stories of mission.

Representing PJPS were MK and Angel, who joined fellow partners and friends in celebrating not only birthdays, but also collaboration in service.

Moments like these remind us that mission is sustained not only by programs and projects, but by relationships, by friendships formed in faith and strengthened through shared purpose.

We are grateful to walk alongside partners like Tanging Yaman Foundation, whose commitment to stewardship and service continues to inspire.

May the new office be a space of growth, generosity, and grace. May partnerships continue to flourish for the greater glory of God.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
