Joy Nostalg Foundation Visits PJPS, Donates 1st Friday Mass Collection

In a meaningful gesture of solidarity and shared mission, representatives from the Joy Nostalg Foundation visited the office of the Philippine Jesuit Prison Service Foundation, Inc. (PJPS) on February 24, 2026, to personally turn over their donation from their 1st Friday Mass collection for the month of February.

We warmly welcomed Mr. Rommel Magpayo, Spiritual Development Officer, and Mr. Ivan Estrada, Spiritual Development Assistant, whose presence reminded us that prison ministry is a shared mission, one that extends beyond prison walls and into workplaces, communities, and parishes. Their offering, gathered from their 1st Friday Mass, is more than a financial contribution; it is a concrete expression of compassion and faith in action.

At PJPS, every donation directly supports our programs for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) and their families, through formation initiatives, scholarship assistance, psycho-spiritual accompaniment, and reintegration efforts. Partnerships like this enable us to continue walking with those in need of hope, dignity, and second chances.

We are deeply grateful to Joy Nostalg Foundation for choosing to share the fruits of their Eucharistic celebration with our prison ministry. May this act of generosity bear even greater fruit in the lives of the men and women we serve.

Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
