Partnership is more than collaboration. It is shared mission, shared joy, and shared hope.
Last February 21, 2026, PJPS was grateful to be invited by our long-time partner, iVolunteer Philippines, to their Partners Night held at One San Miguel Building in Pasig City.
Representing PJPS were Mario Jose, Advocacy Program Coordinator; Angel, Donor and Partner Relations Associate; and Jonell Verano, our iVolunteer Ambassador. The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, laughter, games, and fellowship with fellow NGOs and government offices who share the same heart for service.
One of the highlights of the night was the launch of Bayanihan Pulse: The State of Philippine Volunteerism. A research initiative that seeks to understand the current landscape of volunteerism in the country. Presented creatively through a lively Family Feud-style activity, the study aims to analyze the experiences of today’s volunteers, design more effective developmental programs, and inspire a new generation of Filipinos to take part in nation-building. It will also serve as an ongoing baseline to monitor the growth and progress of the volunteer sector.
For PJPS, volunteerism is at the heart of our prison ministry. From formation programs to reintegration support, we see daily how generosity of time and talent transforms lives, both inside and beyond prison walls.
We are deeply grateful for our continued partnership with iVolunteer Philippines. May this collaboration grow stronger, and may more hearts be moved to serve.
Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
